HOW it works

Online bookkeeping is a secure web-based system where the bookkeeper can access your files from a remote location.

We can access your books in one of 4 ways.

1.     QuickBooks Online – Your company files will be accessible to both you and us. You can access your secure files online anytime to get an update on your financials. No software purchase or installation required.

2.     Our Computer Network – Your company files sit on our secure computer and we can provide you with your financial statements monthly, quarterly or annually. 

3.     Secure Server – Your company files will be accessible to both you and us. You can access your secure files online anytime to get an update on your financials. You do not have to purchase QuickBooks software. However, if you already own it that is fine as well.

4.     Telnet – We can Telnet into your computer, using secure software, and work on your financials. With this option you would not be able to use the computer at the same time we are working on your books; however if you already own accounting software, no additional purchases would be required.  

Choose one of the above 4 options. Then scan, mail, email or fax us your financial documents (check stubs, bank and credit card statements etc). We will enter and reconcile your financial information and then provide you with financial statements.
